Hello! I'm Gem Fly, a self-taught artist based in Bowling Green, Ohio. Dedicated to creating outstanding, modern works of art. Gem Fly Creative is a passion I've had since I was a young artist. I believe that the universe is a canvas waiting to be painted. My whimsical origins stem from my childhood, having a deep fascination with the wonders of the world and fantastical realms sparked by drawing during my daily school bus rides. Recognized early on for my natural abilities, I attended a foundational youth program at the Toledo Museum of Art, which solidified my passion for creation. Guided by curiosity, personal experimentation, and independent study, I have spent years honing my craft outside the traditional classroom. I craft illustrations that blend elegance with adventure, inviting you to explore a world where every stroke is a step into the unknown. My journey is fueled by the vibrant colors of imagination and the quiet magic of the creative mind, expanding from digital canvas to large-scale physical spaces. For the past two years, alongside my work as a graphic designer and gymnastics coach, I have been bringing a massive 24x14-foot jungle mural to life. This project represents my passion for transforming environments, proving that whether on a screen or a massive wall, every brushstroke is a step into a new world.
